We envision that a holistic approach is the better way to tackle CrossFit programmation. Holistic means we want to address the individual as a whole. We teach you how to be an all-round competitor in every aspect of competing (physical, mental, tactics, emotional). It is a cooperation between coach and athlete with feedback from both sides. We envision that a group of coaches know more than one single coach and are therefore more able to help an athlete reach their best potential. Therefore, we combine strengths to give you the best of all worlds.
