A brief meeting will follow to answer all your questions and introduce our coaches.
If you then decide to start at our program
Choose your coach after the introduction.
A more extensive meeting will be arranged to discuss how to proceed and make up a plan together.
A test week will kick off your programmation to assess your current status and evaluate how to tackle the road to your full potential.

How will we tackle the road to your full potential?
We strongly believe that a CrossFit training program does not only include a program just to follow along without thinking but should actually be a whole package that will teach you about every aspect of CrossFit. We want to teach you a good mindset to train in, we want to teach you how to be independent during training, and how to take responsibility as an athlete while getting better. Furthermore, we want to teach you how to anticipate signals from your body and respond to them in the right way through feedback to your coach. Lastly, we help you understand CrossFit movements (and movement patterns), CrossFit tactics, and everything that entails CrossFit training.
So, one of the most important aspects of the Delta Training Program is communication. We want you to communicate to us how you feel and what bothers you, so we can help you figure things out together and make sure we are on the same page regarding training, progress, and goals. Communication works both ways, so we provide you with hands-on feedback in a clear and structured way.
