My ultimate goal is to get qualified for the Crossfit Games and compete next to the fittest women on earth. Other than competing myself, I want to see others reach their goals as passionately as my own, hence I became a Crossfit coach.
I already had a lot of handy baggage. I competed in Gymnastics for 10 years, after which I became a gymnastics coach. I then started trying new sports, to fill all my lost hours of training. I did 2 years of athletics, 3 years of fitness and finally, I found Crossfit. I only started Crossfit in 2021 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. The combination of strength, conditioning, and skill work, the total package of Crossfit training, had this great feeling of satisfaction.
As I am a very competitive person and always competed during my gymnastics years, I approached a coach and ask for help to try a competition. Participated in lots of local competitions and in 2022, I participated in 3 big competitions and ended two times in 9th place and 4th place. In 2023, I got qualified for the Semifinals with 35th place in Europe and 116th place worldwide.
I'm very proud of what I've already accomplished in such a short period, but there is still a lot of work to be done if I want to compete at world-level. I have learned a lot from all those competitions and will apply this experience in training, competitions, and of course in our training program. Both as an athlete and a coach the learning process never stops.
That’s what makes it so brilliant!

As a kid, I did different kinds of sports: Athletics, Triathlon, and eventually I started doing Crossfit as well. Crossfit is the sport that led me to coach and design individual and general programs for athletes.
I started competing in Crossfit early on and through the years I gathered wins in regional competitions and participated in several international competitions in Europe, as an individual as well as in team.
In 2022 I discovered Hyrox and thought I could give it a try because I like new challenges. I participated first at the European Championships and finished 11th, which earned me a spot at the World Championships in Las Vegas. I became the World champion in the age group 25-29 in only my second Hyrox race ever with an 11th place overall.
I always use the experience I gathered in the sport and combine it with the theory I learned during my Physical education and the courses I followed to become a better coach because you never stop learning.
It is really useful to try new stuff and test this, so that is what I always like to do, try new things out to see if they work and figure out why it does or doesn’t work by trial and error. This always helped me and my athletes and I want to help you become a better athlete by sharing what I find most useful in training.
The search for making a better version of you never stops.
